MatchBreaker ("the App") is a free-to-play mobile game developed by berk.software. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information is collected, how it is used, and your rights.
Information We Do Not Collect
- We do not collect your name, email address, or any contact information.
- We do not collect location data.
- We do not collect device identifiers beyond what AdMob requires (see below).
- We do not use analytics SDKs or tracking pixels.
- Game progress is stored exclusively in your device's local memory and never transmitted.
Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App displays ads served by Google AdMob, a third-party advertising network operated by Google LLC. AdMob may collect and use your device's advertising identifier (GAID on Android, IDFA on iOS) to serve personalized or contextual ads.
Intended audience: 13+. Ads shown in the app are requested as non‑personalized; the app does not collect personal data for advertising purposes. Ad content is restricted to general audience (G) rating where applicable.
You can limit ad tracking or reset your advertising identifier at any time:
- Android: Settings → Privacy → Ads
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising

Audio & Assets
Sound effects and background music are generated locally within the App or played from files bundled with the App. No audio data is transmitted to any server.
Children's Privacy
MatchBreaker is appropriate for all ages. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). If you believe a child has provided personal information through our App, please contact us and we will promptly address it.
Data Security
All network communication within the App is conducted over HTTPS. The App does not transmit user data, so there is no data at risk of exposure through our systems.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
